Hi love, I'm Amber Bishop Garcia

With a degree in nutrition and certification in intuitive eating, I began my company to help women reclaim their freedom with food. What I discovered along the way was that it wasn't just food women needed help being freed from - it was so much more than that.

I became obsessed with helping women reclaim their lives spiritually, physically, and in every sense possible. I just recently received my Yoga Teacher Training certification and am trained in Soul Reading Method.

As women, we tend to be taught to look, act, dress, set goals, achieve in a certain way to be considered worthy- and for me, this looked like hyper controlling and stressing about everything.

At one point in my life, I remember looking around at my life and realizing I wasn't really living. If this is you now, know I've been where you are and it is possible to reclaim your power and create a life bigger than your wildest dreams. I am so happy to do this with you!

I am qualified in Reiki Level 3, Energy Healings and Readings, and have 2 years of experience working with channeling energy work to help clients to shift energy blocks towards more worth, intuition and authenticity in their lives.

If you have been struggling with your relationship with food, it's always a great idea to consult with your doctor before starting any program, but I have a Bachelor's and a Master's Degree in Nutrition, i am certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor, and a registered associate nutritionist who works with clients to support them to move away from restrictive eating to find more balance in around food and the way they see themselves.

Once you have purchased the programme you will be sent a confirmation email. Because this is a life round of Freedom Within, closer to the start date you will receive access to the programme material.

In the course portal you will find biweekly modules which contain all the materials you need to complete the programme, including the video modules and any relevant healings, hand outs or practices for that specific week.

If you are purchasing this programme on-demand, you will receive immediate access to the course material upon purchasing. From there you get to move through the modules at your own pace, you will have continued access to this beyond the 16 weeks outlined.
